Antoine Fuqua is the best choice to direct the movie. Training Day, Tears Of The Sun, Shooter, and Brooklyn's Finest are good films in my opinion. He can bring the hard edge action and violence that the movie needs instead of over the top action scenes eye candy that you get with Tony Scott. I think the movie should br rated "R" so it will stand out from the Bond and Bourne films and also it will allow Jack Bauer to drop a few "F" bombs as well.
